• What we ask?
• To whom we ask?
• How can we ask?

What we ask?

Be clear in how much money is needed and where it is used. It is often difficult to make money, but the (possible) donors have the most clarity. They themselves have the choice to give money and it is nice to know which will be used. This can make through a website, brochure or other means of communication. Be specific in your communication as possible.

To whom do we ask?

What is the target or in this case earlier: Who are the prospects? (potential donors). This can usually be made between two distinct species. Individuals or companies. When companies are soon to sponsorship.

How do we ask?

How are the prospects approached. This may vary by campaign, but even within a campaign already very different. For example, fewer young people will soon be contacted by long lapse images and little text / multimedia. It is the creation of such a campaign also useful to be able to have some funding. How much money is available? How many volunteers are there?

The ten steps:

1. The formulation of vision and policy.
2. The search for goals.
3. The selection of targets.
4. Conducting a feasibility study.
5. Defining the purpose and develop their.
6. Identifying the nature and structure of the campaign.
7. The actual preparation of the campaign.
8. The start of the campaign.
9. The implementation of the campaign.
10. The follow-up and evaluation .
