7 Reasons Your Profit Need Virtual Assistant.

Working in the non-profit organizations in three different countries that have seen the advantages and disadvantages of non-profit to hire full-time administrative staff. There are many reasons why a virtual assistant would be a better choice for non-profit and I have come to these seven.

1) Price - virtual assistants cost less than their colleagues in the house. During lunch breaks, coffee breaks, phone calls and personal interviews, many employees work in the house less than 28 hours per week. Costs such as benefits, training, Office Setup, etc. also cost money for the organization that is not always.

2) Loyalty Program - This is a great thing to have been an employee, but can be expensive thing to have as an employer. When things are tight, as they always have a non-profit, we are less likely to reduce staff. This is great, and might best be done, but it will cost. Hire a virtual loyal assistant when needed to be better than people when necessary.

3) Experience - I saw it again and again. People are hired because they want to "help" and were Volunteering for a long time - not necessarily because they have the skills and experience that the position requires.

4) perspective - as a virtual assistant that the ideals of your organization, but is not really part of autsayder get your perspective. This can be practical solutions, we need to do and it is difficult to see the forest for the trees.

5) Weather - There are always busy times in the non-profit organizations. Why not hire a virtual assistant to create a quarterly newsletter, and organize e-mail your annual donation receipts or the creation of posters and postcards, thank you for your annual fund drive.

6) Volunteers - Volunteers are the backbone of the non-profit organization, but volunteers have so much time and opportunity to "donate" to your organization. If a cost-effective alternative for specific administrative tasks is a great way to avoid "volunteer Burnout.

7) Networking - Non-profit need a network like any other company, if not more. A good virtual assistant is another way to network your particular cause. They are members of organizations and associations and contacts that can never achieve alone. They can have other customers who are willing to donate their time and resources to your organization.

Consider these seven points and really see how your non-profit organization can benefit from a virtual assistant. When you're ready to hire is, do research and find one that fits your organization. Find the one that the same values and will work with your organization success.
